Ingredients

  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1pomegranate
  • 2 table spoongelatine powder (dissolve in water)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 4egg whites
  • 1 cupcream

Steps

  1. 1

    Take egg white and beat when it's fluffy.

  2. 2

    Blend pomegranate and take only juice and remove seeds.

  3. 3

    Add milk in egg sugar and fold it and add dissolve gelatine and set in bowl or single servings and freeze 5 hours. It will set.

  4. 4

    Add wafer sugar and some pomegranate on it and garnish with cream
