Add 1 tsp cornstarch to Chenna and rub it with your palms for 7-10 min

Boil 1 cup sugar in 4 cups water in cooker

Make small balls of Chenna

Drop them in sugar syrup

Close the lid without whistle

Boil for 20 min..the balls will double in size

Off the flame..cool and garnish with kesar strands.
