1 poundchicken wings or drumsticks
Juice of 1 lemon 🍋
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Salt

Steps

1

Soak the chicken in 1 cup of olive oil and the juice of the lemon for at least 2 hours.

Then coat the chicken in breadcrumbs and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle salt on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes (or until golden brown).

They are delicious 😋
