Beat egg whites. Gradually add sugar and keep on beating until it gets fluffy.

Add vanilla essence and keep beating. Then add cinnamon powder and keep beating.

To check whether the dough is ready, upside down the bowl. If dough doesn't fall off, then you can bake.

Add cashew powder. Don't beat anymore. Just fold it. Fill it in a piping bag. And squeeze your favourite shape in a Butter greased tray.

Bake at 150deg for an hour. Leave it unopen for 1 more hour. Totally after 2 hrs open oven and Enjoy our Thoothukudi Macroons.
