Ingredients

  • Monerey jack crushed cheese and cheese strings
  • Gramflour
  • Halfteaspoon salt
  • Pinchblack pepper powder
  • Pinchred chilli powder
  • Pinchcumin powder
  • Pinchcoriander powder
  • Pinchturmeric
  • Water estimated to make mixture

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients with gram flour

  2. 2

    Add water slowly for making dough

  3. 3

    Make round ball and hide cheese by stuffing inside the ball and wrap again like a ball

  4. 4

    With strings use some thick gram flour paste to wrap around string

  5. 5

    Deep fry in oil

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with chaat masala
