Steps

Take a bowl add maida, atta, salt, 1 tsp oil and mix well then add a water to make a soft dough rest it for 10 min.

Now another bowl, take onions chhoped, poha, chilli powder, cumin powder,powder,green chilli chopped, corriendr, chat masala mix well

In small bowl add a 1 tsp maida mix with add some water and make it pest keep a side.

Now take the dough make a thin rotis and take a pan salightly cook the rotis both the side cook not more. Once (chapati) roti is Redy cut the roti sheets into long tringle shape.

Now apply maida paste one side of the sheet make a cone shape stuff the mixture in the cone then close the edge.

In a pan add oil to deep fry. First half fry and remove then aftet 5 mnt fry again till golden colour. "Reach vahrehvah. 😊
