Firstly, soak boondi for 5 minutes in warm water.

Now, add red chilli powder, raita masala, cumin powder, salt, sugar, mint and coriander to the whisked Yoghurt.

Squeeze out the water from boondi with light hands, don't mash them and add this boondi to the Yoghurt. Mix everything very well.

Now garnish this delicious chilled raita with some red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander and mint.

Serve chilled or at room temperature with biryani, pulao or paratha
