Boil the meat for some tyme BT do not let it over boil

Place a pan ad put the oil,let it be hot

Dry your meat ad wait for the next step

When the oil is hot,place 1or 2 pieces of the chicken ad let it cook while turning

Repeat the above step with the other meat left.Ensure your does not produce smoke while cooking

Serve wen hot
