I overcooked some arrow-roots (nduma) that were meant for breakfast, then to salvage the 'mess' i had made I came up with this recipe. You can serve with tea.

I overcooked some arrow-roots (nduma) that were meant for breakfast, then to salvage the 'mess' i had made I came up with this recipe. You can serve with tea.
Steps

Mash the nduma to a tender texture while it's hot.

In a separate bowl add the other ingredients (margarine, vanilla essence, salt, sugar, flour, baking powder and eggs) and stir until the mixture is combined well.

Add the mashed nduma to the mixture, again stir until they combine well.

Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.

Grease the baking bowl/pan with cooking oil then pour the mixture into the bowl; bake for 25-30 minutes
