Marinate chicken with Greek youghurt, all spice mix, dried mint leaves, and seasoning. Let it rest for like 30mins. Pan grill with little oil and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, tomatoes and bonnet. Add salt and stir. Add the chicken, red & green bell pepper, seasoning and let it simmer. I served mine with fried yam.
