Ingredients

  • Fresh Cream 400ml (2 Packets)
  • 300 gmsStrawberry🍓
  • 1 CupMilk🥛
  • 1/2 CupSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a sauce pan or pot and add Milk and add Sugar and stir it on medium flame for 10 minutes. After that rest it until it become into room temperature.

  2. 2

    Now Grind/Cut the Strawberry into small Pieces and make it’s paste.

  3. 3

    Now take a large bowl and add Fresh Cream and whisk/beat it for 5 minutes and then add milk sugar paste from step 1 and whisk/beat it well and then add Strawberry paste from step 2 and mix it well and now cover it and rest it for 1 day in freezer.
