  • 200 gdark chocolate
  • 200 mlwhipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure the chocolate and whipping cream put them in a container and over a double boiler/hot water bath.

  2. 2

    Let the chocolate melt and mix the two well.

  3. 3

    Can be used to make a glaze, icing, sauce or filling for pastries and desserts. Enjoy 😋
