Steps

Boil the eggs and cut into two halves and keep aside.

In a pan add 2 spoons oil and add finely chopped onion.

Grind tomatoes, garlic and ginger together to a fine paste.

As the onions change the colour add all the maslas and cook for 3 mins. Then add the tomato puree and let it cook for around 7-8 mins.

Add water to make gravy around one cup and give it a boil. Atlast add boiled eggs and cover it and cook for 5 mins. Add a spoon of butter atlast and serve with roti.
