Steps

First we take medium size melon, cut musk melon and grate with grater,add kesar strands, crushed pista and almonds

Add sugar in grated musk melon,milk,or fresh malai,in mixer we make pulp as fine paste

Now we pour in kulfi stand all mixture and keep in deep fridge and set whole night
- 4
Ready to serve at after dinner or as sweet dish.
