Firstly take chicken fillets n flat them by using hamper. N keep aside.

Now in a bowl add milk n pour lemon juice n leave for 2-3 min. It will come homemade butter milk. To this add salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, thyme/oregano, chicken powder, egg. Mix well n put chicken fillets into this. Leave to marinate for good 2-3 hours.

In a bowl add meda, cornflour, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, chicken powder, mitha soda. Mix everything well.

In a bowl add mayo n finely cut cabbage, little sugar n pinch of salt. Mix well n put in fridge.

Toast buns n set aside.

Now take all the fillets out from the marinade n put into a separate bowl. After that take a fille, roll it into dry meda mixture n then in put in marinade for a quick second n then again roll into dry meda mixture. All in all coat two times only. Deep fry on medium heat.

Take toasted bun, apply mayo, put crispy chicken fillets, top with colslow n ketchup n put another piece of bun. Make all the burgers like this. Seeve hot
