In a bowl take maida and add ghee.mix with fingers to make crumbly texture.now add sugar and mix well.add water and knead to make a semi soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Make small lemon size balls and press between your palm to make shape of khasta. Prepare all the khasta.

Heat the oil and deep fry all khasta on low to medium flame.
