Steps

Wash your apples

Peel them and soak in water that has sugar to avoid discoloration

Cut the apples into small pieces and remove the middle part then boil them in the water that has sugar for 10 minutes to soften them enough.

Remove the apples from the water and put into a blender.Blend using milk...this ensures the juice is thick enough for a child with Celebral palsy to swallow without difficulty.

Ensure to feed the child in the right position and at a slow pace to avoid chocking....enjoy.
