Peanut fritters

Mix rice flour and cornflour well. Add in salt red chilli powder hing chopped onions and coriander leaves.

Add some water and make a batter of dropping consistency. Add the groundnuts to the batter

Heat oil in a kadhai. Drop the groundnut fritters in the oil and fry till crisp on both sides. Remove and keep on a kitchen cloth.

Serve with tea. Enjoy
