  • 2potato cut into fingers
  • 2onion sliced
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspmaggie masala
  • As neededoil

Steps

    Heat oil in a pan, add potato, cooked on medium flame, until turned soft.

  2. 2

    Now add onion and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add all masale mix well.

  4. 4

    Now cooked on medium flame 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Sabji is ready to serve.
