Red Rice flour Churma

This Churma is favourite in our family.Whenever any family member starts carving for food in midnight be or she carbs for this sweet sweet churma #midnightcarving

Ingredients

2-3 persons
  1. 1 cupRed Rice flour
  2. Approximately 1 1/4 cup ghee
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. 2-3peppercorns crushed

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl make dough using rice flour, 2or 3 tsp ghee and water.

    Dough should be semi soft.

  3. 3

    Now in a pan heat ghee.

  4. 4

    Make equal size muthais(balls) from the dough

  5. 5

    Fry these muthais in the ghee in a medium flame.

    Fry them till light brown in colour

    Off the flame

    Crush the balls with ur hand or in a mixer jar.

    It should be not very powdered.

    Crush it little in a churma form.

    In a pan heat the remained ghee in which bhi fried the muthais

  12. 12

    Add crushed peppercorns.

    Now add the churma and stir it continuously till it is perfectly roasted.

    Now add sugar and mix it well.

  15. 15

    Add cardamom powder in it and mix.

  16. 16

    Add 2- 3 spoons of Milk and mix well.

  17. 17

    Churma is ready to serve.

    Serve the churma with roasted Papad.When it cools and is dried up heat it using little milk before serving.

    Enjoy piping hot Churma with roasted Papad
