Slice the pepper, meat and oinon

Break the egg in a boil and put in the sliced item.. Add salt and Maggi to taste

Heat frying pan and put in 5 tablespoons of oil.

Pour in the beated egg. Keep stirring till it a little brown for 5-10 min

Serve and eat.. With tea
