  • 4tomatoes
  • 2big carrots
  • 1 piecezucchini
  • 6 clovesgarlic crushed
  • 1green capsicum
  • 1onion
  • 4royco cubes
  • 2 gsalt
  • C/oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion to golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, garlic, zucchini, salt n royco cubes cover for 2mins

  3. 3

    Add the boiled githeri mix cover for 5mins

  4. 4

    Add carrots and capsicum

  5. 5

    Add 1 cup water and let boil

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
