  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1tspn tumeric
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice your fish on bias and confirm there are no bones. Then wash and dry with a paper towel.

    Separately mix flour turmeric, cumin, garlic,pepper and half baking powder Coat the fish with this

    Also separately make better with flour remaining baking and pepper. Also dip fish in this

    Return again in the dry flower for final coat. Then deep-fry. Serve hot
