This is an another form of bombai chutney(TN)style which I have learned from my MIL.This goes very well with idly or dosa and can be prepared in very less time

Steps

Add oil into the kadai and add mustard seeds,curry leaves and onions when mustards seeds start crackling.

Grind all the items under ingredients section into a fine paste.

Add the grinned paste, when the onions turns translucent and stir to avoid the paste sticking to the bottom of the Kadai.

Add water and simmer it for 10 mins, and add salt according to the taste and turn off the stove when the chutney thickens.

Enjoy with Dosa or Idly.
