Boil 2 cups water add salt and washer rice and let it cook

Fry ½thinly cut onions,add cabbage and steam for seconds

Add ½ tomatoes,salt and let it cook

Fry beef with oil only till brown add onions and later tomatoes,salt and cook till soft without adding water

Serve and enjoy
