Coconut milk powder burfi
Steps

Heat a pan add milk, desi ghee and mix thoroughly.

Add milk powder and stir continuously.

When the mixture becomes thick add sugar and stir continuously and after 2 minutes add dessicated coconut and crushed cardamom in the pan.

Cook the mixture on low flame.

Stir continuously until it reaches the freezing consistency.

Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture on a greased plate, spread evenly chopped pistachios.

After an hour cut the burfi into desired shape and size.

Delicious coconut burfi is ready to serve.
