Gizzard stew

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the gizzards and cut them into pieces (you can also leave them whole)

Place the gizzards in a sufuria, add some little water and boil till all the water dries up

Add in some oil and brown the gizzards

When evenly browned, add in the onions and stir

Let the onions cook well then add in the garlic-ginger paste and stir

Add in the tomatoes, stir and cover to allow the onions to stew for 1 min

Add in the tomato paste, salt, mixed spices and soysauce and mix well

Add in the capsicum

To make stew add in some little water. Cover and let it simmer for 3 mins

Finally add in the shredded dhania. Serve and enjoy with ugali
