Cut and wash spinach

Put in strainer to remove excess water

Break and whisk egg.keep aside

Fry veg oil in pan

When hot add onions

Add pepper and whisked egg together in d oil

Stir

Fry for 2 min

Add spinach and stir

Continue stirring

After 5 mins ur sauce is ready.

Serve with steamed potatoes
