Ingredients

  • 1 BunchSpinach(washed n cut)
  • 4Eggs(whisked)
  • 1/2med onions (sliced)
  • 3med Scotch bonnet
  • 2cooking spoon of Veg oil
  • Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash spinach

  2. 2

    Put in strainer to remove excess water

  3. 3

    Break and whisk egg.keep aside

  4. 4

    Fry veg oil in pan

  5. 5

    When hot add onions

  6. 6

    Add pepper and whisked egg together in d oil

  7. 7

    Stir

  8. 8

    Fry for 2 min

  9. 9

    Add spinach and stir

  10. 10

    Continue stirring

  11. 11

    After 5 mins ur sauce is ready.

  12. 12

    Serve with steamed potatoes
