Ingredients

  1. 1/4tuber of yam
  2. 1 spoonground pepper
  3. Spice mix
  4. 1/4onion (chopped)
  5. 1 tablespoonseasoning
  6. 1 cupVeg oil
  7. Sardine (mashed)
  8. 2Eggs (whisked) for dipping
  9. Bread crumbs for coating

Cooking Instructions

    Peel n wash yam

  2. 2

    Cook till soft

  3. 3

    Mash yam and add seasoning,onions,spice, sardine

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Mould into round shapes or ur desired shapes

  6. 6

    Dip into beaten egg

  7. 7

    Remove n dip into bread crumbs to coat

  8. 8

    Fry in hot oil till golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve with chilled juice
