Cooking Instructions

In a sauce pan or any other pan add water, salt, butter and sugar. The flame is medium low.

After all things have melted, give them a good mix.

Now add all purpose flour and mix until smooth dough forms.

Turn off the flame and add vanilla essence and 3 eggs (one at a time) and mix until the dough changes into smooth and sticky batter.

Transfer the batter into piping bag (with any piping tip of your choice).

Now make small circles with the batter with 1 inch distance between each other on a greased baking tray.

Bake in preheated oven at 220°c for 20 to 25 minutes.

After baking let them cool completely.

Cut each puff with the centre and fill whipped cream between the two halves.

Sprinkle some powdered sugar over them or pour some chocolate syrup.

Enjoy with friends and family.
