Ingredients

  2. 500 gramsmaida
  3. 200 gramssuji
  4. 1 packeteno
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  6. As requiredRefined oil for frying
  7. For chola
  8. 250 gramswhite chana
  9. 2cloves
  10. 1cardamom
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  14. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoontea
  16. As requiredRefined oil
  17. 2onions finely chopped
  18. 2tomatoes finely chopped
  19. 4-5garlic
  20. 1 inchginger
  21. 4green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Make a hard dough from ingredients maida, suni, eno, salt

    Take dough and make small balls and roll it

  3. 3

    Heat refined oil in a pan.

    Fry the bhatura.

  5. 5

    Soak overnight white chana

  6. 6

    Boil the chana with cardomom, clove, salt

  7. 7

    Mix this ingredients in mixture, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, chilli

  8. 8

    Then add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder

  9. 9

    Fry this mix ingredients

  10. 10

    Mix the boil chana with water in this fried ingredients.

    Take 1/2 glass of water and boil the tea in this water

  12. 12

    Filter this water

  13. 13

    Mix this water in chana

  14. 14

    Your bhatura chola is ready to serve.
