Ingredients

  1. 6 tbspsemolina
  2. 1potato boiled
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 2 tbspsour curd
  5. 1/2 tspginger paste
  6. 2green chillies chopped
  7. To tastesalt
  8. 1/4 th tsp sugar
  9. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  10. 1 cupbread crumbs
  11. 1/2 cupoil
  12. 2 tbsproasted gramflour

Cooking Instructions

    Add sour curd to the semolina.Add 1 tbsp hot water also.Mix well and set aside for sometime.Boil the potato.Grate or mash the potato and mix with rava.Add gramflour. Mash well.

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and fry the onion till transparent.Add the potato rava mixture.Sprinkle salt and sugar to taste and chopped green chillies,ginger paste and fry well.

    Make cutlets out of the mixture.Make a batter of cornflour and maida. Dip the cutlets in the batter and roll in breadcrumbs.Set in fridge for sometime.Then heat oil and fry cutlets.Serve hot with hot and sweet tomato sauce or chilli sauce as per your choice.
