Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1 cupwashed poha(or left over poha)
  2. 2large boiled potatoes
  3. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  4. 1finely chopped onion
  5. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  6. ForCornflour maida slurry:
  7. 2 tbspcornflour
  8. 2 tbspmaida
  9. 1/2 cupwater
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 tspPepper
  12. ForSpice powder :
  13. 1 tbspchilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  15. 1/2lemon or 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  16. 2chopped green chillies
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. ForMayo dip:
  19. 3 tbspmayonnaise
  20. 1 tbspsweet ketchup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except cornflour slury and bread crumbs.

    Heat oil in sauce pan to shallow fry. Make oval shaped cutlets

  3. 3

    Coat in cornflour slury

  4. 4

    Now coat in bread crumbs all over

  5. 5

    Continue with all cutlets. Roast well on one side then flip

  6. 6

    Now flip all

  7. 7

    Roast well on the other side too

  8. 8

    Remove on a serving plate. Combine the mayonnaise with the tomatoe sauce.Serve along with mayo dip.
