Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 cupwashed poha(or left over poha)
  • 2large boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander
  • ForCornflour maida slurry:
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper
  • ForSpice powder :
  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/2lemon or 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • ForMayo dip:
  • 3 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1 tbspsweet ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except cornflour slury and bread crumbs.

    Heat oil in sauce pan to shallow fry. Make oval shaped cutlets

    Coat in cornflour slury

    Now coat in bread crumbs all over

    Continue with all cutlets. Roast well on one side then flip

    Now flip all

    Roast well on the other side too

    Remove on a serving plate. Combine the mayonnaise with the tomatoe sauce.Serve along with mayo dip.
