Sift all the dry ingredients to make a soft dough,rub 1 spoon of butter into the dough and set at fridge for 30 minutes

Spread the flour at the board and roll out the dough and place the butter at the center of the dough, make sure the butter is frozen, and fold it again and take it again to the fridge, repeat the same procedure like 5 to 7 times

After that divided the dough and make the meat pie shape and egg wash the meat pie,then bake at 150 degree. Enjoy
