Make dough of maida using lassi and add 2 pinch salt. Left it for 1 hour.

Boil chole in cloth by putting tea leaves.

When they get boil, put oil in pan then jeera, dhania. Then put boiled chole in it. Now put 1 pinch salt, imli ki chutney, garam masala. Boil it for 10 minuttes

Now make rolls of maida dough,roll it and fry bhature.

Now serve bhature and chole in a finishing plate by decorating it with green chilli.
