In a bowl beat your eggs plus some little salt to taste

Coat your bread on both sides with the whisked egg

Heat some oil on your pan, then place the coated slices.

Once the bottom side cooks, turn over and then apply honey using a butter knife on the cooked top side.

Once the other side cooks flip, apply honey and turn it to let it cook for about one more minute
