Ingredients

  • 1salmon fillet
  • 3-5 sliceslemon (depending on the size of the salmon fillet)
  • 5 gunsalted butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Rice wine, to taste

Steps

    Rinse the salmon and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with rice wine and rub with salt. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.

    Unwrap the salmon from step 1, squeeze some lemon juice over it (you can also sprinkle black pepper for extra flavor, but I skipped it for the kids). Place lemon slices and unsalted butter on top. Leave it open as shown in the photo and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes 😊
