Ingredients

  2. 2Boiled potato
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbsptil / sesame
  7. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspchopped coriander leaves
  12. 1green chilli chopped
  13. as requiredGrated cheese
  14. 1/4 tspchat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and mash 2 medium size boiled potatoes

  2. 2

    Add all spices chopped coriander leaves chopped green chilli, Red chilli flakes mix well

  3. 3

    With the help of rolling pin flatten bread slices

  4. 4

    Put aloo masala on each slice and make roll

  5. 5

    Make all rolls,place all rolls on nonstick tava

  6. 6

    On medium heat spread butter and sprinkle til,cook till crisp from all sides

  7. 7

    Serve with chutney and sauce
