Steps

Wash the basmati rice in clean water and keep aside.

In a pan heat some ghee. Fry some sugar until golden brown.

Add rice to it and fry for few minutes.

Add milk to it and allow it to boil for 20 minutes or till rice soften.

Add sugar to it and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add condensed milk and give it a mix.
- 7
Add dry fruits and cinnamon powder to it. Mix well.

Remove from the gas and serve hot.
