Steps

Take chopped onion, tomato,carrot, green chilli and cucumber in a bowl.add some salt and caat masala, squeeze 1 tsp lemon juice.mix well and keep it aside..

Take two papad for roast. Heat the pan or tawa on medium heat. Roast the papa the by passing with spatula.

After few seconds, flip it and continue cooking by pressing. till it gets golden brown and crispy.Take another papad in same way..

Put the roasted papad on the serving plate. Sprinkle prepared mixture evenly. papad is ready to serve.u have to serve immediately.papod will starts to get soft from the moisture of veggies.
