Baked the strawberry purée batter using a microwave oven for 15 minutes! The strawberry purée is already sweet so no need to add more sugar! Tablea pure cocoa also have its own natural sweetness kick! Not yet a pro in cake decorating, but we will get there soon 😂. Did you know the purée can actually last for 2 months by freezing it? Amazing! ❤️

I love strawberry cake and this is my favorite recipe. The icing is very sweet so this is why I bake it in a 13 by 9 inch pan so there is only icing on the top and it doesn't overwhelm the cake. I hope you enjoy this recipe.

Didn't plan this too well. They all wanted Strawberry but I wanted chocolate and the strawberries I got just the other day were molded so no way! I did the best I could and improvised with the sprinkles. My grandson was walking around the house with a heart cookie cutter so I said gimme that! I need it! So there you go.
