Prick the boiled eggs with the help of a knife.

Heat oil in a pan, add eggs and fry for till golden brown. Keep aside

Heat oil in the same pan, add cumin seeds and let it fry for few seconds.

Add chopped onions, fry for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame.

Add green chillies, ginger and garlic paste. Fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir it. Fry for 1 minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes in a low flame.

Add 1/2 cup water and stir well. Let it boil

Add the fried eggs and cook for 2 minutes in a low flame.
