1 tbsp red chilli
1/2 tbspcoriander powder
To tasteSalt
For bhujia paratha_

1 bowlknead flour

Add oil in pan add heeng now add torai and cover it.

When water absorb add spices with curd again cover it.when it evaporates switch off the flame.

Roll roti add bhujia again roll it and roast it from both side.

This is Rajasthani dish but easy to prepare also.
