Ingredients

  • Main Ingredients
  • 100 gplain oats
  • 1 tbsCumin seeds
  • 1 tbsgarlic
  • 1 tbsCoriander powder
  • 1 tbssalt
  • 1/2 tbsclove powder
  • 1 tbsblack pepper powder
  • 1 cupwater
  • Cooking Medium
  • 1 tbsunsalted butter
  • For Garnish
  • 1green chilli
  • as neededSome coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a non-stick pan and dry roast the oats after roasting for 5mins remove it in a separate plate and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Then in the same pan pour some unsalted butter (here I am using the unsalted butter because it's healthy) and add some cumin to this once the cumin crackles and leave it's flavour,then add chopped garlic and fry for sometime, then add one cup of water to this then we need to add the dry spices like the coriander powder and turmeric powder and boil it for sometime

    When the water gives you one boil then just add previously roasted oats and stir properly cover it with a lid and leave it for 3mins

  4. 4

    Then check it's done or not once it's done remove it in a bowl and pour one tbs butter and sprinkle some black pepper powder then serve it hot with a green chilli! Enjoy your meal
