Wash yam,peel,cut to small and flat sizes,rinse,put on grill,flip sides,when it look like traces of brown colour appear and its dry of water,remove from heat.

Heat up oil,add onions,saute for 2mins,add pepper and tomato puree,stir try for 1min,add seasoning,taste to adjust,remove from heat after 1min.

Cut roasted yam to small sizes,add vegetables and boiled egg,enjoy...
