Moong beans
A very interesting twist to regular vegetable!
Steps

In a pan heat oil for tempering, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it.

When the seeds start crackling add the chopped onions.

When the onions turns pinkish add all the dry masalas.

Now add chilli-ginger-garlic paste, soaked moong dal and chopped french beans.

Mix everything properly and add water as required.
- 6
Cover it and cook till done. Serve the veggie with rotis or parathas.
