Loaded Pizza with Convection Oven

My kids love pizza, but buying it is expensive and doesn't come with enough toppings, so I decided to make it myself with our favorite toppings at home.
Loaded Pizza with Convection Oven
My kids love pizza, but buying it is expensive and doesn't come with enough toppings, so I decided to make it myself with our favorite toppings at home.
Steps
- 1
Place the pizza crust on a wooden tray and bake in a convection oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 5 minutes (this will make the crust crispy). While waiting, prepare the toppings.
- 2
Spread pizza sauce on the crust, sprinkle with cheese, and add oregano. Place sausages, ham, imitation crab, and pineapple on top. Sprinkle with more oregano, black pepper, chili powder, and cheese.
- 3
Bake in the convection oven at 340°F (170°C) for 20 minutes.
- 4
Enjoy as you like. If you prefer it more charred, bake for longer than 20 minutes, but reduce the temperature to 300°F (150°C).
