In a pan heat 5-6 tbsps ghee add gram flour in it and mix it well.

Fry it in on low flame and stir it continuously.

After frying for 7-8 minutes add the remaining ghee in it.

Fry it until the colour becomes changed and nice smell release from it. It takes 15- 20 minutes to be done.

Take them out into a plate and let it cool down.

The mixture become niether too hot nor too cool, now add sugar powder int it and mix it well.

After that add green cardamom powder add mix it and now take small amount of mixture in your hand and shape it into a round ball.

Now place some chopped almonds on the top of laddu and press it lightly and again shape it.

Make all laddu as same process. And keep it aside for 2-3 hours to set.

Now our besan laddu is ready.
