Cauliflower leaves vegetable

#myfirstrecipe

This is a simple, tasty and highly nutritious recipe using cauliflower greens. These leaves are usually discarded and not eaten by most people, and I wonder why? Cauliflower greens are one of the richest source of calcium among greens.

Combining these leaves with Chana dal adds protein and makes it very healthy. This is our own homemade recipe creation!

Being a clinical nutritionist, I love formulating healthy recipes with the help of my mother,
Mrs. Shubha Pinge; who is an expert cook. So kudos to mom and hope you try making it and like this simple recipe.
